The fine print:

You must be a new design client — never had a site done by me. This can be a re-do of an existing site completed by another designer.
Your web site must be live no later than October 1, 2007 — so, don't wait to long! Hint: having your content ready will go a long ways here!
Your new site must have a total actual pre-discount final cost that exceeds $2,o00.00.
Requires a Maintenance Contract for future work.

15% OFF an Existing Client Site Re-do!

It's only right that I honor my loyal existing clients with a special offer. After all, they are the ones that helped me get to where I am now! Because I appreciate greatly what you have helped me to accomplish, I offer you a 15% discount off a re-do of your existing web site.

The fine print:

You must be an existing client of mine.
You must mention this special as "Out With the Old — In With the New" in your initial inquiry.
Your web site must be one that was originally designed by me.
Your web site must currently be online and in active status.
The re-do must be for a completely new web site that starts from scratch.

Your site must follow our hosting policy boundaries and requirements.
Requires pre-payment for six months hosting, which will be followed by your six months free hosting.

SEO Special

It's only fair that SEO get its special offer as well. I will waive the $99 SEO Evaluation fee to the winner of this drawing. If you select a higher than Basic SEO Plan, I will discount your total cost by $99.00.
