Secure Online Payment Center

We're pleased that you selected Digital Mouse Designs to provide you with your web services. Thank you for the trust you have put in us to handle your web site needs.

This page outlines the payment options available to our clients.

We accept the major credit cards shown and Paypal We accept major credit cards and PayPal Account Funding account funding through our online payment center. For your online safety, all payments are processed securely via SSL encryption through the Paypal payment process. You are not required to hold a Paypal account in order to use your credit card.

We cannot accept credit card payments by phone or any other method.

Mail In Payments

You may also remit by mail with a personal check or money order. So that we may credit your account properly, please include at least one of the following with your check or money order:

  • Web Site URL
  • Domain Name
  • Invoice Number
  • Client ID Number (from invoice)
  • Copy of your invoice or order

Our bank requires that all checks or money orders be made out to: Debra Colgan.

If we must return your payment to you for correction, we are not responsible should your corrected payment arrive late. Please review our Billing Policy for information on late payments.

Please remember to allow plenty of mailing time when sending by mail, particularly if you are mailing payment from another country. It has been known to take up to 14 days for a mail to arrive from Canada (and Canada's not all that far from us!)

Invoice & Retainer Payments

If you're an existing client paying your invoice or a new client paying your retainer — simply click the "Pay Invoice" button below. You will be directed to our PayPal payment center where you may use your PayPal account or a major credit card to complete your transaction. Simply follow the instructions as you proceed through the payment process.

Please make sure to include your web site name and your Invoice Number or your Web Site Name below so that we may credit your account properly. We are not responsible for payments applied to the wrong account or invoice if you do not provide identifying information with your payment.

Select Your SEO Plan

Your selection tells us what plan you wish to subscribe to after your site is evaluated and authorizes us to continue your service automatically after your evaluation is complete. There is no charge to select your plan.

Your selection also indicates that you agree to payment for all future work under your selected plan, for which you will receive an invoice every 8-12 weeks after your evaluation.
